    Interior Design:

    This includes the creation of a Space Layout Plan and 3D renders of the unit, as per the brand guidelines, along with material specifications to be used during the final Fit Out process.

    Before starting on the restaurant menu design, our chefs work closely with the client(s) to understand their vision for the food they want to serve at their restaurant. Based on this, our chefs carefully curate the menu design and conduct product tasting sessions to ensure the final product is as per the client’s vision. We not only provide complete recipes and procedures to the kitchen team but also give a detailed ingredient list, yield calculations, food costing sheets and recommended selling prices. Most importantly, we ensure the kitchen staff is trained to create the same final product once the restaurant is open for business.

    Supply Chain Management:

    A streamlined supply chain system forms the backbone of any F&B operation. As a part of our restaurant supply chain management services, we ensure this is well set up from the onset. So, reliable, timely, and quality vendors are brought on board to service the brand for all their requirements, including food and beverage suppliers, packaging and disposable suppliers, cleaning and hygiene suppliers and other production partners.
